All orders are shipped via US Postal Service 1st Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made or we choose to ship by an alternative shipper to ensure faster delivery at no additional charge. Tracking numbers are sent to you via your provided email on the day the order is shipped. If you have provided a bogus or incorrect email, you will receive no other confirmation that your package has shipped.

Please note that for the free shipping service we will choose the shipping method. If a package is returned after three (3) delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order minus shipping and you may be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.

If a package is returned to us by UPS, you will be charged any return fees that are incurred. If an order was shipped to you at no charge and is returned to us, the shipping cost will be deducted from the reimbursement to your credit card.

If there is a problem with your order (i.e., damaged product, wrong product, not the right quantity of a product, etc.) you must contact us as soon as you receive your order. After 48 hours has elapsed from the time you receive your order it will be assumed your order is complete and that you are satisfied.

The time of shipment is determined by product availability. If an item is in stock, it will be sent the next day if the order is received by 3:00 pm (EST). Shipping time in the continental U.S. is typically 2-5 business days to arrive to you. If the item is out of stock, the order will normally be filled within 4-5 business days. If it will take longer, we will notify you via the email you have provided.

None of the delivery services (UPS, Postal Service, etc.) count weekends or holidays as transit times. Please be aware that all estimates of delivery are based on a Monday-Friday calendar.

We try to keep all items in stock at all times. There are times due to demand or vendor supply that your order may have to be backordered. We try to ship your order as one complete shipment (this enables us to offer the low shipping rates). If we will not be able to ship your order as one shipment within 5 business days, we will ship a partial order immediately and the balance when it is available. We will email you prior to shipping even a partial shipment.

Whenever possible, we try to ship your order as one complete shipment. If you have ordered several products that need to be special-ordered, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. If an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8 days to obtain, we will ship the partial order immediately and notify you by e-mail . We will ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

You may return any un-opened product (excluding any heat-sensitive product, which is non-returnable) within 14 calendar days of receipt. You must request a return authorization from us via email ( or phone (910-350-0454). After 15 days, there is no refund available. All returns must be sent by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is suspicion of abuse or fraud as to part of our return and credit policy. Please include your Name, Address, daytime phone number and reason for return along with your product.

We will credit the same credit card you used to make your purchase within two weeks of receipt. Please note that customers are responsible for the postage to return an item. If you return an order that was shipped via free shipping, the amount of shipping will be deducted from the reimbursement to your credit card.

We only ship to U.S. addresses (includes territories, protectorates and APO/FPO addresses) and Canada.

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by The Green Pharmacy.

If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

The Green Pharmacy will not be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that we are not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any such goods delivered to you or a freight forwarder. You should refuse goods that arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same, and goods lost after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a U.S. address, purchase goods from to be shipped to a U.S. location, and then subsequently export the goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Amazon must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarder’s most up-to-date U.S. address is used.
