Mission Statement
The Green Pharmacy has one primary goal: to make available a range of exceptional therapeutic agents that are not readily obtainable, either online or in retail stores. There are many good retail and professional products that are generally available to the public. Lines like Nature’s Way, Solgar, Thorne or Standard Process are well known. However, there are companies with excellent products that are practically unknown to the public. From a clinical perspective, these supplements are the “bread and butter” of the practicing natural healthcare professional.
Our online store is the extension of what we do in our office – we run an active naturopathic practice and deal with real people with real health challenges daily. We are continually searching and researching better means of addressing our clients’ problems. What we offer through thegreenpharmacy.com is what we offer in our office. Through our online store we want to help our clients and customers gain easy and direct access to those supplements that can affect their state of wellness. Our goal is to expose you to these products and assist you in utilizing them.
The way we look at it, there is nothing more important than your health and your energy, for without them, nothing in life is enjoyable.
We are NOT a supplement superstore. We only carry products that are healthy, safe and offer proven benefits for health and athletic performance. We will not sell products with controversial or hyped ingredients. We always strive to educate you about the benefits and the proper use of the products. The products we carry are used daily by our clients, staff, and their families.
Our product offering is relatively short compared to other online supplement sites. Our catalog of products have yielded real results – though our quantity may not range in the thousands, our quality is impeccable.
Additionally, while we may not necessarily offer the lowest prices on the Internet (compare us to anyone else – you’ll probably be surprised), neither are we the most expensive.
We do stock the supplements we offer. We do not use a third-party to fill our orders. We do make all efforts to process and ship your order within 36 hours Monday through Saturday. If we are out of stock on an item, we will have it drop shipped directly to you if we will not have it back in stock within two days – we know what it is like to order a product you need but not receive it for weeks.
We answer our own phones. When you call our numbers, you will talk to us.
Our goal is to develop a trusting relationship with you so that when you are shopping here, you feel comfortable that we've done our homework, filtered out the hype and marketing fast talk and give you a choice of only healthy, proven products that have passed strict quality standards.
